A private Christian school for families who educate their children at home.
We appreciate your inquiry and hope we can answer any questions you might have.
Our staff has been involved in home education for many years, and we do not take for granted the opportunity we have to minister to other families who are teaching their children at home.
We are committed to assisting and encouraging our parents to train their students in the fear and admonition of the Lord and to strive for the highest academic standards.
Since this school was established by the grace of God as a Christian educational institution, God's Holy Word, the Bible, will be the one foundation on which we will stand.
"And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up." (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
With this purpose in mind, Aaron Academy will umbrella those parents who have decided to exercise their right to educate their children and provide the support necessary for the students to excel in their education.
We believe that our students will have the best teachers, their own parents, and as such, Aaron Academy will assist the parents in this endeavor.
We also believe that our students will be "a chosen generation, a royal priesthood" to the world they will live in, the future standard bearers for the Lord.
Aaron Academy will not discriminate against or exclude any family from registering based on race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin; however, because Aaron Academy is a religious organization, the Board of Directors reserves the right to discriminate in areas of religious beliefs and affiliations.
Further, we believe in the Biblical fundamentals of family, marriage, education, community, ministry, and evangelism.
Students accepted into Aaron Academy will be taught by their parents at home. The school will designate the home as an extension of the main campus.
Students enrolled in Aaron Academy are members of a private school. Further requirements for home education vary from state to state.
Aaron Academy will provide centralized record keeping, attendance reporting, curriculum review, and achievement testing.
Also, where possible, we will provide information on resources available for home schooling families during the school year.
Aaron Academy is a member of the Tennessee Alliance of Church-Related Schools.
We are a school in good standing with the education laws of the State of Tennessee and its community.
Our status and operational distinctions are pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated ยง 49-50-801 (Category IV School). Our school code is 430-887.
